Rumors have been going around among Amicabots that there's a certain type of Amicabot that's drawn to kindness and care... To earn the trust of these Amicabots, which have yet to show themselves in the public eye, you can start working to spread kindness among the community!

We have a new permanent prompt: Gift of Kindness!

This prompt can be completed any time, but you must create works with a different Amicabot each time; at the start of a new month, you can once again draw/write about an Amicabot you drew last month!

You will still earn Spare Parts for participating in this prompt in addition to a mysterious new currency, Kindness Tokens... You won't be able to spend or transfer this currency yet, but it will be used in future updates for obtaining something particularly special!

Please be sure to read the prompt description carefully before submitting entries to this prompt!

Hi, everyone! I thought I'd freshen things up here by sharing a new trait and trait item... Refreshing Coolant!

It adds the Flowerfall trait!

Unlike the Winter traits, the release of Spring traits will be staggered out a bit more slowly, most likely throughout March.

You can obtain the Refreshing Coolant item any time in Zip's Station, and throughout the remainder of the Regrowth event this month.
After that, it will become available from March to May in the Upgrade Shop!

Additionally, as Winter is nearly over, the Winter trait items have been temporarily added to the Upgrade Shop as well! This will give you a final chance to grab any Winter seasonal traits before March begins.

Giant Isobots MYO are available at the Pet Shop for 15 Spare Parts.

In addition, the Gaskit and Robuddy MYOs have been moved to the Pet Shop to keep the MYO shop exclusive to Amicabot slots! They still have the same purchase limits, but since they were added before a monthly rollover, you can get a new free Robuddy slot in February and buy another Gaskit MYO this month too, if you'd like!

I hope you enjoy the new addition to our Companion species, and I'm so excited to see what people do with them!

First, I've added Amicabot features to my Patreon!

By all means, while there is no requirement to subscribe (and most things obtainable through patreon are available on-site for virtual currency anyways) this is one way you can support the species -- and me, a physically disabled & chronically ill artist! Supporting the Amicabot Patreon tiers will grant you a special Patron role in Discord, access to a Patron chat channel, and will give you MYO slots and a lot of other Amicabot on-site goodies!

This is also the only way to purchase a Corrupted MYO slot at this time. If you decide to temporarily subscribe for a specific perk, you can also unsubscribe at any time to avoid being billed again!

Today marks the beginning of many new things for the Amicabot website... First of all, the Regrowth plot-based event has begun! Check it out here, or by clicking the image below!

The Regrowth event will be open all throughout February and will include a second set of prompts that releases on Febraury 15th! Participate in Regrowth by earning Seedling currency through prompts and checking in for a daily free Seedling, which can be spent in the event shop! This event shop features some rare and exclusive items that may not be obtainable otherwise, so be sure to check it out this month!

We've got a new raffle, too: Hotheaded! Raffle tickets for this Amicabot can be obtained with Seedlings in the event shop. This raffle will be rolled on March 1st.

In addition, every event prompt you complete will earn you one raffle ticket, making this event double as a DTA (draw to adopt)! The more you participate, the higher your chances of taking home one of those Amicabots found in the eruption site... This raffle will be rolled at the end of the month.

That's not all, however... We have a new permanent prompt that can be completed once per year: The Art of Dismantling. The first part releases today, and you can check it out here or by clicking the image below.

Want to grab some pets without foraging? The Pet Shop is now open and has unique pets that are only purchaseable there! This shop can be accessed at any time through the Shops menu in the World tab.

Additionally, we have a new NPC, Wheat! Click the image to view their profile.

The Pet Shop includes certain pets that are limited as well -- for now, it's just the Cryptic Leporidoptera, which currently stocks at 24 per-day, and once weekly per-user. The stock for this pet and other future limited stock pets may be adjusted if the system for it doesn't work out perfectly, though! Every other pet is currently available at any time.

More pets will be released in the future as I think of more to design! In the meantime, I hope you all enjoy this new update!

Hi, all! We now have pet functionality! All Critters have been converted to Boxes that can be opened for pet functionality! Attach pets to your Amicabots and have them visible on the side of an Amicabot's profile! Additionally, you can now find critters as actual pets when foraging, making the box versions no longer obtainable!

With this update, expect more features including a future petshop, and pets that can be purchased during events... I'm so excited to see what you all do with your new pet critters!

Not only that, but a new permanent general prompt has been created... Critter Searching! Draw this prompt to get a random critter as a reward, along with 5 bonus Spare Parts and the usual calculated spare parts rewards for Amicabot artwork!

Hi, everyone! I hope you're all having a great weekend! I've decided to set up... a free Enhanced MYO event! All you need to do is be a member of the website, go to Orion's Oddities, and grab that free MYO! It will be removed from the shop after 48 hours, but any MYOs claimed during this event will remain with you permanently so they can be designed anytime.

A new Corrupted trait has surfaced within the apocalyptic world of Amicabots... Tarnished Form!

This trait gives an Amicabot an alternate form that resembles its original, but has clearly been damaged and worn by time. It can be obtained with the Broken Clock item, which will be available sparsely during certain events and permanently purchaseable twice pear year at Zip's Station!
