One of the first Cat-Amicabot (or Catbots for short) to be build to have a lasting companion before the apocalypse happend.
A Amicabot awoke after decades of slumber next to a strange pod that somehow catched his interested, blinking with different lights and colors that were almost hypnotic to watch. He placed his hand carefully on the pod, trying to find a way to open i t as an automated voice rang out: UNAUTHORIZED LOGIN TRY RECOGNIZED: INITIALIZING SCANING PROTOCOL.......SCANING... AUTHORIZED PERSONAL FOUND! UNNAMED AMICABOT NR. 520
IT HAS BEEN 9125 DAYS SINCE THE CRYOPOD HAS BEEN OPEN: STATUS : ALL HEALTH SYSTEMS ARE OPERATIONAL: SUBJECT 'KIT' IS IN PERFECT HEALTH.
START THE UNLOCK-SEQUENZE TO UNLOCK THE POD?:

He paused for a second, staring at the screen next to his hand, he had no memory of his past nor why the voice seemed to claim who he was before but somehow whatever that strange pod was containing felt familiar to him..he couldnt leave it here.
Finally made up his mind Bot 520 pressed the yes button and stepped back as the voice rang out once more:
CRYOPOD UNLOCKING SECQUENZE INITIALIZING.....PLEASE STAND BY.
Patiently he waited as the Cryopod slowly unlocked and to his surprise a little kitten awoke from its cryo-slumber,yawning and stretching itself before it looked right at him and jumped into his arms, purring as if nothing ever seperated them.
He was perplexed with the kitten in his arms but once he started to pet it he knew it was his somehow his family.
