Ocean View
Ocean View
Hoots sat on the smooth cold rock, allowing himself to take in the salty air. The waves crashed gently into a nearby cliff as he admired the moonlight sparkle on the ocean. He streched his legs, his peg hitting a rock nearby. His wings streched out mechanically as he leaned foward, folding them to a close. His feet planted themselves into the cold rocky ground, little life around the actual ocean except the trees that provided shade. The sound of splashing and dipping caught him by surpirse, guiding his site into the sglistening blue. He laughed as a small group of fish seemed to be playing. His feathered eyebbrows fell to rest from their inital suprised. He touched the rock with his claws, allowing a piece to chip off and fall. It was peaceful out here. No sound except for the crashing of waves and occasional splashing of fish. Looking outwards to the cliff, an old lighthouse caught Hoot attention. It was covered in moss and mold, that filled the cracks. He questioned if the light still work. A sigh escaped him, a soft pause in thought as he just listened to the ocean. Many questions passed him by as he wondered what out there. Who is out there. Where does the ocean lead? Eventually Hoots got up and started heading toward the lighthouse, in hopes to check out the light.
