Adds the Hard Light trait to an Amicabot: a semitransparent hard light material to the body. Material is generally flat, glowing, and can be any solid color or gradient. Cannot be applied to the chest or core, but can replace limbs/ears/tail and doesn't require internal electronics to be visible.
