Goals: To finally get rid of Atlas so that his control over Scorch Sanctuary reigns supreme

Job: Leader of The Scorchers who control Scorch Sanctuary

Trivia: Atlas and Riot used to be close friends, and completely trusted each other, but after Riot got power over the town, he grew power hungry and dangerous. Atlas confronted him about it, which resulted in a heated argument over how one should lead.

Despite now being enemies, Riot hopes to convince Atlas one day to switch sides, see his point of view, and become friends again. He misses him dearly, and mourns their lost friendship
