AMI-1354: Violet Anthill

Embued with the spirit of a children's superhero.

Originally a long standing book series turned television series, 'The Action Packed Tales of Violet Anthill' followed the life of the titular adventure seeking superhero as she protected the planet from all kinds of threats - mostly revolving around environmental catastrophes. 
Floods... tornadoes... volcanic eruptions.

Violet, the amicabot - also known as Ant - was commissioned to be built by the original author's publisher almost exclusively to star in advertisements and make guest appearances on daytime television shows. She would later also attend book signings/meet and greets alongside the author. 

Though gradually as time went on, she was increasingly sent out more during times when the author was physically unable to attend. Practically tripling profits overnight. But it wasn't long before she started asking questions... a rift growing between her and the author as those questions were always brushed off by the staff handling her with one excuse or another. And unfortunately the two were never able to have a proper conversation about it due to the eruption.

She never really questioned being the character before the apocalypse and still prefers not to think about it.

Every time a new book was written or a new television episode or even movie was produced, the information was entirely downloaded into her memory with a few added details exclusively for her to keep her believing and able to consistently answer questions during meet and greets. Most of this exclusive content was just the convincing explanations for why and how she got from there to here between adventures. So it can be quite difficult nowadays for her to even attempt to pick apart what was fact and what was fiction.

Even to the point of her having a friend written into the story to fill the real life publisher and marketing team's role and explain why all the real-life media existed.

Most of her fancier components (mostly those in charge of in-built gadgets and high-tech abilities) were heavily damaged during the eruption so - while she has fixed her external appearance as much as possible - she has lost those parts of her skill set as she does not trust other amicabots to just help fix them and not do anything else after the whole "my memories both are but aren't my own" mental spiral.
