An evil man surrounded by kitties. GasKat is like if you took the henchman of a movie and made him the main villain. Hes clumsy goofy and the least threatening man on your planet. He has built himself to blend upon the cats. His plan is to be more corrupted and pollute the lands he walks on. The waste he drips is killing some plants but he is not really making much progress in causing apocalypse 2. Perhaps he can try leaving the city.
