Powers: Regeneration, his parts can grow back within a day, which is one of the reasons why he scouts out first. They can come back almost immediately if he focuses on it.

Personality: Friendly, relaxed, good mannered, calm energy, will get serious, is a pacifist 90% of the time, has selective empathy, self critical, and emotionally distant depending on the person and situation.

Goals: To help his fellow bots of the Neptune Way Crew go all around the globe and help other bots.

Job: Scout for the Neptune Way Crew! He is their best swimmer, so when they are out at sea and need someone to see what's up ahead or fix something underwater, Casper is on the job.

Family: The strange little robotic Axolotl that stays in his tank. He dubbed him Lil' Buddy, and he often helps in scouting.
